the accommodation was faultless but we very nearly had to sleep in the car!

Nowhere on the bookingconfirmation did it say that we had to pick up the key to the premises so we assumed a caretaker/owner would be on site. But no, we found a locked up house. After asking around we found someone who had had a similar problem and he gave us the phone number from the touristcentre. We were able to pick up the key there even not having booked trough them. Very bad service indeed.
