TV remote didn,t work, told lady at desk, She was suppose to come after 7-30 pm to check it out, waited to 9-30, no response! We had to manly changed stations Also We were charged for "Scotch Fillet Steak" We were sure it wasn,t Scotch Fillet, also the vegetables were hard! We went out for meals after that.
