We enjoyed our stay - a little let down by the very old fashioned motel unit - relic from the 70's. We could however easily ipgraded to more modern accommodation for extra dollars.
Great meals but spoilt by a 1 and 1/2 hour wait when busy in restaurant. Would go again with an upgrade for accommodation.
Good "botique niche" shops. Lots o scenery and nearby places of interest ie mill town river walk wineries cider factory.
Lots of good places for afternoon tea.
Book Nelsons Of Bridgetown, or Blackwood River Valley Accommodation and Hotels.
